We Answer Your Questions
We've compiled the most frequently asked questions about solar energy systems for you. From installation to maintenance, you can easily find answers to all your questions here. Feel free to contact us for more information.
What is a solar energy system?
A solar energy system is a renewable energy system consisting of photovoltaic (PV) panels that convert sunlight into electrical energy.
Where should I go to install a solar energy system?
At Solares Energy, we manage all processes on your behalf. Simply contact us as your first step. Following a free survey and feasibility study, we'll present you with a customized project plan.
How much electricity does the system produce?
The production amount varies depending on the number of panels, panel efficiency and the sunshine duration of the installation location.
How much will my electricity bill decrease after installing the system?
Depending on your consumption habits and system capacity, your electricity bill could be reduced by 70% to 100%. Some users can meet all their electricity needs from solar power.
How long does the installation process take?
Depending on the size of the project, installation typically takes between 7 and 30 days to complete. We handle the entire process, from engineering planning to commissioning.
Are the systems under warranty?
Yes. The panels used generally have a performance warranty of up to 25 years. Inverters and other equipment are also covered by the manufacturer's warranty. At Solares Enerji, we also offer maintenance and support services.
Will my solar energy system work during the winter months?
Yes, the systems operate year-round. While production may decrease during the winter months, the panels continue to generate energy from sunlight. A properly sized system can provide savings year-round.
Does the system that will be installed on the roof of the house require a permit?
In some cases, systems installed on your roof for individual use may not require a permit. However, for institutional or high-capacity systems, official permitting processes may be required. We handle all documentation on your behalf.
Is the system difficult to maintain?
No. Solar panels generally require very little maintenance. Cleaning and checking once or twice a year will keep the system operating efficiently. We also offer regular maintenance services upon request.
